Heh call me old fashioned retarded, but I just purchased the MM6 component set and was wondering how to open the crossover case? It's the silver case with dual yellow design grills on top. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I had just bought one too... and I found it just as difficult. The reason was that I was trying to be too gentle.

Hold it from the sides (the top silver part), and then from just one end (doesn't matter which) pull the bottom (black) part off, slightly pulling outwards. There are some plastic tabs. Once you get one side the other will be also done.

I remember trying to pull apart the x-over covers from my DB3065's. At first they felt like they were going to brake, but evenutally popped off.

You can take a knife and push in the tabs to pull them out.

I found a butter knife works best, those things are a huge PITA. That, or upgrade to the SR's, its a breeze to get those apart:D

Actually that is what I used..... you'd be amazed how much stuff you can do with a good butter knife.

You can always go active :D.

I may pick up another set of Rainbows (from their Profi line)..... if I do, that may be the way I go.
