Yes sir. Also it also has optical and coax digital out in addition to standard RCA. -
I made a deal with Pearsall for his unit, so I am going to step aside on this one, its an excellent deal and with this DAC would be an ideal set-up.
This is such a good deal if one of you guys does not buy it, I let Shizelbs know I will come back to it but I dont want to hold him up.

Very favorably. I did try to do my best comparison between with and without the DAC involved one day. It was far from being a blinded test. Anyways, I thought the DAC added slightly more extension in the low end but mainly did a good job of creating a larger sound stage. That is not to say at all that the CEC by its self is bassless and narrow as far as soundstage. Far from it. The DAC just added that much more. If I had to put a number on it, as if thats even possible, I would say 5% more bass extension and 15% more soundstage. Let me emphasize again though that the CEC does remarkable well in those areas to begin with. Consider too that I am using Carver Amazings, which by the way, can project a big **** soundstage and lots of bass. So, the CEC doesn't appear to be holding them back at all.
I have listened to the CEC only setup the past few nights for about an hour and a half per night, and I don't notice any difference. It was only when I was intentionally comparing them that I thought I could tell a difference. The bass is definitely alive and well without the DAC. -
Both are sold. Thanks for looking.
