Wanted: Sunfire 5 channel amp

Hi,

I recently purchased 3 Polk LC265i speakers for LCR, and 2 Polk LSiFX speakers for my surrounds. I am still finishing the basement that they are all going into and I can't wait to hear how they sound!

Unfortunately I didn't realize that they were 4 ohm speakers and needed so much power to properly drive them when I bought them. It definitely sounds like I need a new amplifier (my little HK receiver isn't going to cut it).

From the comments in this forum it sounds like I should be looking for 200+ wpc, and it sounds like Sunfire amps are highly regarded. The Sunfires are also supposed to run very cool, which would be good for the cabinet I am going to be putting it in.

So, all that to say, if you have a Sunfire 5 channel amp (Cinema Grand, or Cinema Grand Signature) that you would like to sell and are willing to ship to Canada (I'll pay the shipping of course) then please let me know what your asking price is.

I would be open to other good quality amplifiers as well, but the Sunfire is probably my top choice at the moment given the features and the average price that used ones seem to be selling for.

I have looked on Audiogon, and all the Sunfires on there are either sold, or they are not willing to ship outside of the US.
