Lsi9's and denon avr-2807
Hello everyone, I am a newbie to home theater, as you can see by the title this is the first step I am looking at in my setup. I've been lurking here for a couple of days, haven't even gotten my new plasma yet, but I see nearly everyone here recommends to get a seperate amp which may come down the road and it seems outlaw keeps coming up and I looked at their website and seeing the monoblock I only see one set of outputs, is this correct? Also a sub down the road also, I am looking at a hsu vtf mk 3, I have heard nothing but good reviews about these, especially for the price, or maybe the psw505. Please all comments will be helpful.:)

Take the HSU over the Polk sub.
Congrats on your purchases thus far and welcome to the forum. -
The mono part of monoblock means that it is a one channel amp. If you wanted to run a stereo pair from them, you would need 2 of them.
Welcome to club polk.
Michael.
(BTW - if willing to go used, it is cheaper to get a nice stereo amp for 2 speakers - if not, the monoblocks are a very inexpensive alternative.)Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)

Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
