I-Sonic CD player works on half the CD's

    You need to be more specific. What type of CD's aren't playing? Have you tried various media (mp3 cd, CDR, redbook)?

    Same go for DVD's?

    Have you contacted Customer Service and asked them about the problems you're having? Polk's Customer Service will do whatever they can to get your problems resolved.

    I have played over a hundred cd/dvd in my I-sonic without any problem, as suggested you should call Polk Customer Service, they are very responsive to your customer needs.
