I like Norah's latest albulm. Most new CD's will have one or two songs that I like a lot and the rest have to grow on me. But with this lastest one from Norah Jones, I immediately liked all of them.
I really like the intimacy of the recording itself. To me, it feels like you are right in the room with the musicians.
It is a little "darker" than her previous work. I really love the song about "We're gonna be sinking soon". For some reason, I immediately thought about the city of New Orleans when I heard that song. I don't know if that is what she had in mind when she wrote it or not.Robert

I personally am disappointed with all of her albums so far.......Like someone said earlier in this thread her record company has too much influence over what she puts out, and it shows. Her platinum plaque for Come Away With Me looks cool as hell though, my buddy has one hanging in his appt.

↑ Same here. It seems to be an album that I keep going back to. On first impression, it was pretty average but once I listened to it a few times it started to grow on me.
