Anyone wanna invite me over? All I have is some beer and I can't cook! My dad is in Miami right now to watch the game so I'm stuck here!
-
My buddy asked to come over and watch the game in HD (his 1st time watching HD) and said he would bring over a pork loin. Well I figure it will be one of those little 3lb jobbies that you see wrapped up in the meat section that is already marinated, right. He drops it by this morning and it is every bit of a 20 pounder. Its as big as my dog. I've got no idea what to do with all of it. I'm guessing grilled pork, cajun baked pork loin, pork nachos, pork kabobs and for the wife..........(insert your favorite "Donny Baker" joke here).

Iced Tea and Chili dogs is the order of the day.Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service. -
My award winning homemade guacamole, chips, and pizza.
It would be nice if we had running water today, but the pipes are frozen...:( -

We always try to do foods regional to the two teams playing. Chicago was easy - we've got Chicago dogs and deep dish pizza.
Indianapolis was a bit more of a challenge but we came up with deep fried pork tenderloin sandwiches and sugar cream pie for dessert.
Assorted appetizers and dips as well. Hoping for a good game!"The secret of happiness is freedom. The secret of freedom is courage." Thucydides -
Go Bears! We're having some grilled chicken & babyback ribs, chips & dips & soda's & beer. Looking forward to a great game!Bedroom Stuff 5.1

bad, bad idea. to many homes go up in flames that way... and you'd miss the game if your house gets torched. :eek:PolkFest 2012, who's going>?

We used a hair dryer and the cool water is a flowin' again! -

Good idea. We weren't going to do anything special, but nacho's is one of my specialties too.
No beer being a work night. I think the SB should be on a Saturday to maximize the party opportunities. My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself. -
Over 60 degrees here today with clear skys. Will be grilling hamburgers, potato salad and all the fixings. Just got my first Honey Brown down, going to be a good day for sure.
Hope everybody has a good one. -
Just picked up a fresh Miller Lite keg and a large party tray from Quiznos. I've tested both and we are good to go.
-
Chips, Dips, Chili, and drinks all around! This should be a great game.
I hear the Commercials will be better this year too. That's the only reason I watch anyways...Honoured to be, an original SOPA founding member

A little sharp provolone on Triscuts (Herb and Olive Oil). Salsa on top for a little moisture. Lime and Cherry diet cokes for me.Carl -

Can't really see how a propane torch would set your house up in flames? I guess after doing 6 years of plumbing with my dad I have enough common sense to not set the house on fire if the pipes freeze...... -
So full... ugh...
-
I ate too much pizza and now I am trying to drink too much beer.
