I'm looking at one of these on ebay,it's a two ten sub.I don't know the power rating but have heard that this sub is rated pretty high for the price it sold for.Anyone have any experience with this sub?My infinity can't roll with my RSF1000's and I'm trying to find a sub under $1000 used that will take care of the low stuff. The subs on my towers are nice but just don't go that low. Thanks for any input.:)

OK maybe this post should stay open, the owner of the PSW1000 says and swears to it that the sub is capable of 20hz and is just as good as a sunfire dual ten and a Velodyne spl 10.Any input on this?LG 50 in. Plasma

Google SVS.
Great value for amount of sub available. Many different styles and configurations.I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D -
I know I'm late to this thread, but just had to comment anyway.
I get next to nothing out of my PSW1000 below 30hz. Don't get me wrong I love Polk, but you can honestly get more for your money elsewhere at that price point.

When I got a 200 buck Analysis Plus power cord upgrade plugged into the outlet, all of a sudden I was pleased with the sub. Not good for movies IMO, but musically it is very pleasing integrated into my rig. I'm a 2 channel guy [well 2x2.1 channel guy really]. I have it set on 50-52 Hz [depending on music and format] and on about 12 out of a possible 100 for volume currently and I still can't tell where the sub is "located". Before the power cord upgrade I could only set it up to about 7 or 8 out of a possible 100 before it got annoying and "boomy".
Personally, I think Mr. Polk should have applied more power to the sub. Maybe then would I not be interested in another upgrade down the road. For now....she'll do.~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~
