Hookup (2) PSW404s for left & right main speakers

I've just purchased two PSW404s. I would like to hookup one PSW404 with the left main speaker and the second PSW404 to the right main speaker. What is your recommendation for the PSW404 Controls? My assumption is to route the speaker wire thru the in-and-out speaker left channel for PSW404 left main speaker-set; then route the speaker wire thru the in-and-out speaker right channel for PSW404 right main speaker-set. Are there other Control Panel considerations I should make?

That sounds like a plan. Make sure the phase setting is both set the same way on the sub. Since its setup with one on the L channel and one on the R channel, I'd also recommend the volume and low-pass be set to the same settings. The low pass depends on what kind of main speakers you have.

Will this damge any the amp/crossover to run with only one channel using speaker level inputs. My thought was to Y splitter you sub out, but that really doesn't give you a true sub for each right and left channel.
