for excellent customer service.

Bought a bluetooth headset before Christmas. Unit recently developed an issue with the charging port/plug and would not charge correctly. Filled out the internet warranty form, received a call from a rep to confirm things and they sent it out 2nd day air on the honor system. Gonna send back the old unit Thurs.
Receiver: harmankardon AVR235
Mains: polk R30
Center: polk CSi3
Rear Surrounds: polk R20
Subwoofer: polk PSW404
DVD: Panasonic DVD-S29

    most of the time they'll even let you keep your old charging cord so you can use extras for office, bedroom, living room, etc.

    I've had to swap out a headset or two with them and have been pleased with them overall.

    They are good. They even sent me a brand new replacement. :D

    I'm gonna check with them to see about keeping the old charger. Thanks for the info
