3/32" stereo jack to regular head phone jack

Does anyone have one of these?
My g/f's radio has a 3/32" aux input on the front...for whatever reason they decided to do that, I have no idea, but evidently that plug is impossible to come by...
I found one at rat shack and bought it, but it was just the tip and had a place to stick a head phone jack.
1. It wouldnt fit b/c the input is at the bottom of the radio and it being adapter was really fat.
2. Its a mono input.
So if anyone knows where to find one of these, other than ebay b/c i already tried, it would be very helpful!
