Remembering Our Troops

I was just going through my inbox for my audiobliss email account (which I hardly ever check), and I ran across an email I had received from reeltrouble1 a good while back. It's a PowerPoint presentation about our troops in service across the ocean. I didn't have PowerPoint before when he sent it to me, so I opened it and watched it today.
I'm glad I did.
It's a great reminder of the sacrifice our troops are making and the life they wake up to every morning.
I'm afraid it has drawn on so long now that we've almost forgotten how personal it is. No, we haven't forgotten about the war. There are still countless people up in arms about it. But I think we've forgotten how 'real' it is and how those are real people over there.
They still need our continued support both materially and with prayers.
If you'd like to see the PowerPoint presentation, PM me your email addy and I'll email it to you as soon as I can. I tried to upload it to my photobucket account, but appearantly you can only upload photos and buckets there.
EDIT - If you don't have office, I've created a slideshow of the pics used in the slides on my photobucket account. However, this slideshow still doesn't come close to replicating the experience yielded from watching the actual slideshow with the song playing in the background. If you don't have office...download OpenOffice (www.openoffice.org). You'll use it for more than just this anyways.
And, if you still don't...click here to view the slideshow.

Anyone able to Host the file and make it available to all that don't have PP?

If you don't have Office and refuse to download OpenOffice and accept that you just won't be able to hear the background song, then you can go to my photobucket account and watch a slideshow of the pics used in the presentation by clicking here.George Grand wrote: »
