RC85i speaker question

I recently purchased 2 pairs of RC85i speakers. 3 of the 4 speakers work perfectly. On the 4th speaker, sound does come out but the sound is very faint. I tried switching the speaker with one of the other 3 to verify that it was not the wiring and it still doesn't work properly. Any suggestions? Purchased these new in boxes off of ebay. If defective, where should I return the 1 speaker for replacement?

    Sam,

I would contact Polk customer service first and see what they have to say. I believe it will depend on whether or not you bought it from an authorized dealer. I have seen some listings on Ebay that were authorized dealers for Polk Audio.

Well that's the issue, since the speakers were purchased off ebay there is no factory support and it's not surprising one of them doesn't work. Contacting the seller would be the first thing to do. *NONE* of our products are authorized to be sold via eBay.

Please read this article on authorized dealers: http://www.polkaudio.com/dealerlocator/authorized.php
