Toshiba HD-DVD update

Does anyone know if you can download the updates for the Toshiba HD-DVD players. I've been trying to download the update for nearly two hours with no luck what so ever. It played Batman Begins just fine last night but it keeps coming up with an error when I try and watch King Kong.

    Which player is it? First Gen or 2nd Gen?

    Also, what is the problem? I assume its a connection error but what is the error message you are getting back?

    My wife bought me the HD-XA1. I haven't had any connection problems but it just wouldn't play the King Kong HD-DVD. Last night I finally got the firmware update downloading into the player last night and all is good now.
