15 inch momo subs

2003 durango soon to be outfitted w/ 2-15inch momo subs.

Questions:
1. one amp or two? class a/b, d, mofset, bridgeable, @4ohms? suggestions?
2. type of sub box(es)? ported, vented, unported, dual pass, bandpass, please save me from being half ****!!
3. plan is taking over the third row bench seat, yes, no??

    1.....One amp would make installation easier. class d would require the less amount of room in your ride, and tax you electrical system a little less. As far as the ohms, it depends on which subs you got (MM2154DVC, or MM2154).

    Suggestions- The Kicker ZX750.1 would work very well if you got two of the single 4ohm version subs (wired in parallel for a 2ohm final load). These amps usually put out around 900 watts RMS on their birth sheets @ 2ohms.

    2......Depends on what you are after with your sound system, as well as the amount of space that you want to use up.

    3....... Totally up to you.

    I agree with max. Except for #2, Id recommend sealed. Polk subs just work better in sealed boxes IMO.

    They'll work fine ported, but the box will be quite a bit larger than sealed. So, it depends on how much space you're willing to give up...
