What is your price range? There are several to choose from: Sony, Harmony, Universal Remotes, RTI, AMX, Crestron, etc....

Also, what kind of actual control do you want? Do you want touch screen, or hard buttons?

Take a look at the Harman Kardon TC-30 on their e-bay outlet store. I got mine for something like $115 or $120. It is essentially a Harmony with an HK label and about 1/2 the price. I really like mine and it was easy to program. The only place is says "Harmony" is on the battery cover. And, oh ya, most of these come with a docking station for re-charging so you never have to mess with batteries.

[Edit] Sorry, I just noticed you wanted touch-screen. This isn't, but still very easy to use.

I'm using an upgrade to the first Sony universal remote and couldn't be happier. It's self programmable if you can't use the presets and has alot of features. One good "power" it has is that it can "learn" from your original remote controllers. You can assign each feature to LCD touch pad screens. I have the RM-AV2500. Check out this link: Amazon.com. I got mine for about $95.00 (includes shipping).

Before you decide on a remote control unit you need to go to RemoteCentral.com. They have the best reviews on, what must be, all the remote controls out there. They've really done their homework and their reviews "tell it like it is" for what's out there.

    harmony 880!

I agree this is a nice unit I use one myself. You gotta hook it up to your computer to configure it, but its very powerful.
