Please if you can recommend a gauge for the following:

RTi10's

FXi5's

CSi5

Is bi-wiring worth it for the RTi10's and the CSi5. What are the pros and cons.

THANKS AGAIN I LOVE THIS FORUM . . .

Personally I would get 12 guage, but you will probably be ok with 14ga. I would not go alot smaller than that.

This is not a science and there is more to it than just the guage of the wire, but you will do fine with 12 guage over almost any distance and 14 guage over most distances that will occur in a home environment.

I'm getting ready this week to open up some walls and run some cable for my rear surrounds, and I'll be using 12ga.

The only wire I use that's smaller is the 14ga feeding my atrium 45's out on the patio.
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.

many think spades provide a better connection, but naners will always fit any speaker (or amp) some spades will not.

I have naners and prefer them for ease of use.

    Nanners for days...
I hate feeling like I have to tighten the binding posts every other day.
    Plus nannalannas look cooler IMO.

That being said, I heard absolutely no sonic difference between SignalCable Ultra's terminated in spades and the same cable terminated in nannannanoooonoos.
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

Beings that I have access to really nice ring connectors and a really nice crimping tool, I use ring connectors. But I do have to check the connections from time to time.
