this receiver was given to me..any good?

I helped out a good friend of mine setting up some HT equipment in his house. I wouldnt allow him to pay me so he explained that he had an older receiver sitting in his garage that he didnt ever use and wanted me to have it. Well it turned out to be a Kenwood VR-3090 and it APPEARS to be fairly nice. I am having a very hard time finding anything about it online and was wondering if anyone had info on it or knew if it were a decent receiver. anyone know anything about this thing?

yea i saw that website but i dont see a full spec on it (wattage, distortion, so forth)

with looking at the specs on that receiver, do you think it has enough to hook up rt55i's and not sound like crap?
