Nice job Anthony! Those tweeters will sound good right out of the box, but they actually will get smoother after they burn a while. Congrats Joe!

What is really cool is that we sat down and really didn't want to hear a difference right away and we did hear a pretty good improvement on the inner detail of cymbal strikes and picked strings. Brass instruments sounded more silky and vocals were less in-your-face and edgy. My wife noticed a difference too. The other cool thing is that they sounded like something. . . I couldn't describe it. Later me and Ant were talking to Jesse afterwards and he nailed it, he said, "until you get about 24 hours on them they sound hollow." That was the adjective. . . HOLLOW, I would have been beating my brains out trying to describe that sound. I was listening today and some of that hollowness started to dissipate.

Ask Antny about my biggest and best personal tweak. :p:D

And not one picture of the two of you....lame. The new tweeters need some time on them and the comments are valid. There was a day when folks like F1Nut didn't believe in the new RD.....but he has taste, came around and ended up dropping big cannonballs on the table.

My last visit with Anthony resulted in a restraining order.....for my well being.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    Awesome.

Ditto what Mark said, the tweeters take some time to really come into thier own.

Yup, Antny is ok in my book.
