Where to set the crossover?

I just came across a great deal on a subwoofer for my home theater (300 for a JM Labs SW800s, with the matching bookshelves for 375) and now have an extra sub, a PSW303. I am thinking about moving the 303 to my office, where I have two Monitor 7's hooked up to a very simple setup; an Audiosource OneA amp with a TEC pre-amp and a cd player.
My question is where to set the crossover on the PSW 303 if I was to match it with the Monitors - and whether it is a good idea in general. If not, how much should I sell a PSW303 for?
