Help Please

Hi, well let me start with giving you my system setup. I have a kicker L7 12" in a sealed box (prolly a lil bigger then it should be but w/e) a 6 farad cap by poweraucoustik and a 880rms amp by power aukoustik with 0 guage stinger wire running it all. So my sub sounds like the bass hits and lingers doesnt go away fast almost like a **** sounding bass. Any help? i did let my sub break in for about a week or 2 what could be wrong could it have blown?
