I am looking for a receiver that can handle 4 RSi9 speakers simultaneously.

If there is one out there, price is not applicable.

Please advise:

    Do you mean LSi9?
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks
    Ben

My Yamaha has really been good to me. It's a 7.1 at 120 wpc and you can get them and the similar 90's era receivers for a couple hundred dollars. They are solidly built pieces and have never given me a problem. Lately I have only been using the 5.1 with separate amps so I might as well get a preamp at this point. I'm not even taking full advantage of what I have!

A really excellent option would be the B&K Components AVR-505 S2 or AVR-507 S2. Absolutely stellar sound and huge current reserve. The 505 is five channel, the 507 is seven channel. Comes with a very good universal programmable remote as well.

This receiver will beat the pants off of any consumer product from Denon, Yamaha, etc. in terms of sound quality but doesn't have HDMI pass through, so if you're looking for a video-crazy product this one isn't it.

This is one of the few receiver products I've ever seen/used that was truly competent as a high end integrated amplifier for 2-channel. Take that for what it's worth.

The Outlaw and Rotel mentioned above are also good options... Outlaw makes a great product for the money.
