It's a very nice tv. My sister just bought that same model. It shares the common strengths and weaknesses with most lcd tv's. Compared to other lcd's, its strong suits are its connectivity options and its HD picture, which is great. It's standard picture leaves a little to be desired, but that is normal for an HD tv. I have a 26" sony xbr lcd and the difference is not that dramatic. Also for $699 you aren't going to find a better lcd. The 26" sony was even a little more than that.ChrisIntegrated Amp: Cary SI-300D Processor: Marantz SR7012 Streaming: Bluesound Node 2I 4K Bluray: Panasonic UB820Mains: Von Schweikert VR2Center: Von Schweikert LCR15 Subs: 2 SVS Sb13 Ultra (HT Only) Analysis Plus Cables

I tried a Samsung ($899 at Sam's) first, but could not mount it on the wall due to nylon or plastic threads on the set. Then we tried a Sharp Aquos ($899 at Coscto), but it would not tune local HD channels. Sharp Cust Serv told me it did not have an HD tuner although guy at Costco argued that it did...Finally got the Vizio ($699 at Costco) and it outperformed the first two. Lighter by about 10 lbs, larger diameter and metal threaded wall mounts, HD tuner, etc. Easy to mount, setup was a breeze, HD picture is incredible. We are very pleased with this set for our bedroom and plan to get a larger one for the HT in the den soon.Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Friend.

I bought the $85 wall mount kit from Costco. It comes with 2 options - either flat or tilt and all hardware req'd. Hiding wires - I cut two holes in the sheetrock last night. One behind the tv and the other just out of sight behind the dresser which is below the tv. I saved the wall cutouts to repair wall should we move or move the tv. Looks great.Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Friend.
