TV/HT Stand in AZ Local Pick-up Only

Just wanted to throw this up here for a few days before I list it on CL. This stand was a temporary for my 60" XBR2 for about a month until I decided to get a BDI. Nothing wrong with this stand...I was just ultimately looking for a wood stand with doors.
I paid around $350 for it. It's assembled, in perfect condition, and heavy! For those interested, here's the specs:
Shelf is 55" long, 24" deep
Clearance from bottom shelf to middle shelf is 8 1/4"
Clearance from middle shelf to bar is 7 1/2", actual clearance to top shelf is 11 3/4"
How about $200? You will have to pick it up....I don't have a truck.

I have that same stand. Heavy and sturdy as hell. Looks super cool to.Everytime I think I'm out, THEY PULL ME BACK IN!!!!!!
