Need help on rear speaker selection

Guys, would you choose FXi5s for the rear of a 7.1 system, or in ceiling speakers? And also, what type would you choose for the 2 side speakers? I dont know much about in ceiling speakers, but it is an option, just dont know if its the best one.

I have a 5 channel system, and I just upgraded the surrounds to FXi5s from RC65is. There was a huge improvement in sound quality and room fill when I made the change. Definitly go witht eh FXi5s.Samsung 52" Flat Panel LCD
