Incredible Cable Find

Well, I purchased Xbox 360 about a week and a half ago and realized that I needed a Toslink to Toslink cable for the audio output to my receiver. After realizing how expensive monster cables were and other companies I decided to take my chances and I purchased a Viper Cable. I had previously never heard of them.
I couldn't be happier with the quality of this product. It easily compares with the Cobalt cables that my sister just purchased for her HT. The connectors are solid, the cable is thick, and best of all it works great.
At a price tag of just $22.99(others wanted $50-$100) for a 10 foot cable you really can't go wrong.
I got it from overstock.com. ( http://www.overstock.com/cgi-bin/d2.cgi?PAGE=PROFRAME&PROD_ID=1705692 )
I have attached pictures for your viewing pleasure. It's a new camera so sorry if the quality is a bit off, still getting used to the new settings and learning my way around it.

You won't be disappointed in the quality, I was shocked myself at the quality of the cable. I bought it as a "temp" cable for a few months but definately plan on using it permanately. Not to mention the way it was packaged, made me feel like I was getting super expensive cables for $23

I am having trouble finding the original manufacturer website for these products. Has anyone heard of them and have any ideas?

They are the same as knukonceptz optical cable. Great quality with a very snug fit.

Amazing I didn't know that. I always use knukonceptz in all of my car audio installs but was never aware of this Viper line of product from.
They are by far 100% the best bang for the buck in car audio.
If their home audio cables compare at all to the car audio cables I am sure they are also probably one of the best bang for the bucks in home audio/video.
I'm going to give there component A/V cables a try as well as HDMI cable.
I will post reviews of those with pictures as well after I receive them. -

Monster Cables - You can rarely pay more, but you can ALWAYS buy BETTER... -
Its easy to start your own audio cables company these days. Dozens of Chinese factories like Changzhou AVI Electronic Co Ltd. supply everybody.

If the quality and function are there and the price is right, I have no problem buying a foreign cable or no-name cable. -
Thanks for the info!

Anyone else ever try this?
I just picked up another for my cable box..... -
overstock.com part #V-DOC300

Thanks for the tip, I'm ordering one today.

Wow, $69.99 retail. This is by far one of the cheapest/nicest fiber optic cables I've found. Wonder how overstock is selling them for $23?
Either way, first one I got works great. I assume this will be the same. Be sure to post your opinions Polk65 when you get it. -
Great find,thanks.

I don't think anyone has tried the Viperav component cable. Give it a try and let us know! It's cheap enough to try and if you don't like it, return it. Viperav even offers a 60 days money back gaurantee. -
If I decide to grab it, I'll post my impressions.
Lancer, noticed you're from Boston. I'm a Red Sox fan in Dallas. Caught a game at Fenway two years ago and can't wait to get to another one.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden -
I picked up a couple of the 10' component video cables and am very happy with them. I think it would be hard to get a better value based on the overstock.com price.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden
