Lsi F/X or LsI 7 for rears?
I'm stuck Gentlemen (and Ladies), I have to mount my rear speakers on the wall because of a room /house change. The new family room is large and opens into the kitchen. I've never used surround speakers before so I don't know if the openness of the kitchen will effect the F/X in bipole mode. The L/R speaker would be fine since it's near a corner, but the R/R would have a large kitchen to one side. Add to this I've haven't been able to hear the F/X, but I have heard the Lsi 7's and love them. I would have use Lsi 9's as rears if the wife allowed me to set things up with cables running along the baseboards and put them on stands like my old house. Only real problem would be the cables would have to run in front of a fireplace. Has anyone made a switch from one speaker to the other either way. Thanks for any input.
Over the top boy's, what do you want to do, live forever.
