Your sub has a line-in RCA connection that requires a single cable to go to the sub-out connection on your receiver.

The sub doesn't require any connection with the surround bar unless your receiver doesn't have the sub connection, then you must run the left and right speaker wires from your receiver's L&R posts through the sub and then to your surround bar L&R posts.

If the receiver has pre-outs, then you can use a regular RCA type interconnect from the pre-outs to the L/R sub inputs. If the receiver has only a single channel sub-out, then either use one side of the standard RCA interconnect to go to one of the two inputs on the sub, OR, buy a Y-cable to get from the single output on the receiver to both the L & R inputs on the sub. If you use only one line into the sub, then the volume will have to be set a bit higher on the sub's controls than if you have connectors to both the L & R inputs, but the sound will be the same.

Let us know how you like the system when you're done.:)

    Cheers, Jim
