I have an MA Audio HK1000d amp and i have the polk db2-12 subs. the amp puts out 800 watts rms @ 2ohms 17.0v DC I have my gain setting, the bass boost setting and than two more that say sub sonic, and low pass. I was wondering what i should set them at for optimum sound quality and i really want these subs to slam hard and clear. I listen to Rap.
Also on my poineer 4800deh cd deck i have an audio seeting with freq responses of 50-125 and +6 to -24 what should tha be set as.
please help please.

Left an answer in you other thread......... To start, 80Hz would be a good point for your lowpass filter, then adjust to taste. Subsonic should be set around the tuning frequency of your ported enclosure.Alpine: CDA-7949
