I am looking to add two surround back speakers to my system. My sunfire grand 7 channel has xlr connectors so the add on amp would have to have them also. Could any one make any suggestions on to what amp would work for my system. Again the amp would have to have xlr inputs. Thanks Doug

Xlr cables would be the way to go. Is there a way around this. Xlr to rca ends?Oppo bdp 93 Blue Ray

While XLR's might be preferable the TG III also has rca's ... right ?

You are correct. That's why you are a polkologist. In my haste I did overlook them. So just hook them to a 2 channel amp? I assume that would work. This would be for the left and right back surrounds. Please correct me if i am wrong. Thanks for your time, DougOppo bdp 93 Blue Ray

... Or in this case a Sunfirologist ... I have a TG IV so I am somewhat familiar with its workings ...
Any who ...
That should work ...
There are of course other alternatives ... like potentially acquiring a better 2 or 3 channel amp to power the mains ( 2 channel ) or mains and center ( 3 channel ) and using your existing amp to power the rest ... -
I was hoping you came aboard. I knew you had sunfire. I will consider all options for the best deal on the amp. i thank you for your help,as always you come thru. DougOppo bdp 93 Blue Ray
