Toshiba upgrade

I finally hooked-up the Toshiba hd ax1 to see if I needed the upgrade it said 1.3,1.09, 2.0 r does it need the upgrade? I did everything to upgrade, I have dsl but I dont know if it worked or not! Also will the Toshiba work without the up grade? How long does it take to get the disk from Toshiba? Lots of questions sorry Im not the sharpest knife in the drawer!!! Happy New Year!!
My HT set-up Panasonic front proj, 120 in ws screen, ATI amp,Integra 9.8 pre-pro, 2 Polk rti150, cp 1000, 4 fx 1000, Pioneer blu-ray 2 SVS sub pb 12-ultra 2, & Paragon popcorn popper. ps 3 Coaster leather HT recliners.

You followed the upgrade instructions via manual? Let me go look at mine, I'm not sure exactly what the numbers mean but it looks like you have it upgraded.
The Player will work regardless what firmware you have. Movies requiring 2.0 firmware are King Kong, Miami Vice, and The Break Up.
Did the player automatically shut off after the upgrade?
FYI, it takes a couple weeks to get the disk from Toshiba. That's how I updated mine, I was worried about lost connection with internet.

You have the 1.3 version?
The first set of numbers tell you what version you are running. Your numbers should read like mine, 2.0/1.0A/2.0S
Just wait a few days and you'll have the disk, if you are inpatient you can try via the internet again.
