Posting this for my son. He got this game for Christmas and removed the packaging before realizing it was rated M. Instead of playing it he brought it to our attention and told us he didn't want it because of the content...he's a great kid and I'm darn proud of him.
So here's the deal. He'd like to get the retail value for the game, which is $59.99 at Best Buy, so he can buy something more appropriate for him.

The game includes a coupon for 48 hours of XBox Live - Gold (whatever that is).
