Picked this up off AK.

I use the HD 2" light blue/grey construction rigid insulation. It comes in both 4'x8' and 2'x8' sections. It's almost indestructible. Costs $13 for the 2'x8' at local. Maybe less at big box.

    right on.. i use something similar the 4x8 foot sheet in home insulation. it's lightweight, durable, easy to cut, and it's got plastic on both sides...
