I am going to upgrade the factory system in my ski boat. I'm going to put a couple MM2084's in the rear of the boat. The speakers call for .35 cubic foot boxes.
My question, is .35 cubic foot what the total inside volume has to be, or do you have to figure in what volume the speaker takes up inside the box and build the box bigger to compensate for the speaker volume.

Thanks, Billy

That spec is for the total box volume without the sub. So just build a box to .35 and then slap your subs in there and youll be set.
