My wife just took her mid term in cooking school and scored 100 on her wine class. She's 36, gose to Walnut Hill college in Phila. 2 nights a week and every Sat. works a full time job and is raising our 4 girls while keeping a 4.0 gpa.
I don't think I could do it. She still cooks for us most nights, most of the house cleaning, helps with my 14 year old's dance shool and finds time for her husband (me). I don't think I could pull it off if it was me.
We plan on opening a small resturant/bar when she is done with school.

Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.

I am surprised no one has asked whether your wife has a sister :D

Congrats!! I think calling your wife "Superwoman" would be an understatement.

4 sisters. All with long dark hair about 5'2" around 105 to 115 lbs.
Trust me, my wife's hard work ethic was not the first thing that I was drawn to. They do all have a pretty hot temper, but I'm not exactly an easy person to live with.

I don't normally post things like this but I was very proud of her last night. I hope to get some free time soon to take her out to show her how much she is appreciated.

Joe, 8 years ago or so I attended Orlando Culinary Institute 12,000.00 a year. Two year course. Sadly, family matters and I did not graduate. I had a lot of fun and it was well worth it.

Tell you the truth, I don't know. She kind of did this on her own. But when she came home that first day she showed me all the paperwork she filled out. Due to the fact we have 4 kids , the whole 2 year program is only costing me $9,000.00. I was not aware the government had so many programs for people to go on to college.

Could you have her talk to my wife? She seems to think sitting on NJ landfills is a good way to spend her time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Awesome Mike, give her a hug and a kiss (on the cheek) for me . . . that is some pretty difficult stuff. I was going to enroll, infact I did, in the Art Institute of Phila two years ago for the culinary arts BA program but my life took a really different twist and had to decline being accepted. But I do know how difficult it is and she is to be given a big ATTA GIRL!!! for it.

Congratulations to your wife (and you)
My dream was to open up a restaurant myself someday -
Was going through the culinary arts program at GRCC
(our local community college) and had the most fun at school
in my entire life! Then my cardiomyopathy got worse (enlarged heart)
and I had to tone things down. There is no way I'd have the energy
to pull anything like that off now, but my heart still holds a special
place for chefs & cooking. PLEASE make sure you post when/where
you're restaurant is going to be and the wife and I will make every
effort to come introduce ourselves and order the most expensive
    items on the menu!!!

Good luck and God Bless -

On the other hand, did you two ever open up a restaurant?
