24 this morning. Now, being a Saint Louis boy originally, thats not a big deal. But, after living in SE Arizona for the last 14 years, that's COLD.

Yesterday we had snow flurries. This is the earliest snow I have ever experienced here. usually if we get any snowfall, it's in Feb/March.

I know everyone is going to scream global warming, but supossedly this is classic El Nino type stuff. its a little warm here in the northeast for this tome of year. last night was the first time we dipped a skosh under freezing in weeks, but well be right back up to the 40's, which is balmy for this time of year up here.

this is supossd to go on until at least early January. I like the fact I'm not going to get @ss raped on heating bills.

I want Snow! (yes, I sound like a little 3 year old)

We had one day where it snowed a little bit, and it melted the next day... I'm sick of warm weather.

Hey, If I hated cold weather, I would have moved the day after high school graduation...C'mon You only get snow/winter at most 2-3 months a year. If thats too much, move to florida.:)

Now, I'm not saying I want to move to Alaska... but I feel I would just get very bored if it was sunny and hot everyday...

We're getting hammered. I left the house this morning to take a look at a walk-in cooler that I recently installed. Damn electrician hooked up 208 volts to a 115 soleniod, yep..all the magic smoke was released.

My supply house was closing at noon and there was no way to get there before then. I took me the better part of two hours to get home, normally it would take 20 minutes. At times the visibility was zero inches and I'm not exaggerating at all. This had to be the scariest drive I've ever made. i told Deb that unless someone called with a frozen burning baby story...I'm not going out again in this storm.

Stay warm, Frank. United cancelled all flights out of DEN. Glad that my days of flying cross country is no more, otherwise I would be pacing terminal B West looking for something to do.
I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Sorry Frank, that weather story sucked. A small story to add to your 0 visibility I drove once can't see the end of the hood of the Nissan Pickup truck, had to open drivers door to see the white lines... The whole drive scared the **** out of me, because if I stopped someone may hit me.

Looks real similar to the Thanksgiving and Christmas blizzards in Denver in the early 80's.

I knew yesterday morning you all were going to get nailed when I saw how the Low pressure point was setiing up in the Oklahoma panhandle.

Pff, try comin' up to New England, where it's been 50 since September and will be through Christmas. It's freaky. It's supposed to be cold and snowy by now. Not that I miss it, but something's definitely odd.

Yesterday it hit the coldest temp in 20 years in Phx...it's funny to hear the Christmas guests comment on how cold it is! I guess if I was coming from the NE I would expect to spend Christmas sitting by the pool drinking Mojitos as well!
