    Nice screen cap.
    If...
Ron dislikes a film = go out and buy it.
Ron loves a film = don't even rent.

SACD and DVD-A had a little war, and the winner was iPod.

Russ while perusing my 'vast collection' of 19 SACD's over a 4 year span, I can't help but chuckle at your comment, and i've never owned or operated an i-pod.

It's impressive. The blacks are rock solid with great detail. The overall PQ is fantastic, colors as you know arn't really there due to how the movie was shot. It's also got an uncompressed 5.1 PM track but I have yet to rewire my rig for it. Something I'll do over the next couple of days. All-n-all it pretty much kills the SD-DVD.

Yes, it's one of the better blu-ray titles. Also, I'm able to output the LPCM track through the optical on my Denon 3803. The receiver seems to have a PCM mode and it finds it automatically although it doesn't identify it like it does DTS or Dolby unless I switch to the mode manually.

So unless I'm missing something, I've got analog outs via my receiver for a high def sound format with my ps3.

And I'm noticing that 18-20 Mbps is the sweet threshold for sharp, 'detailed' images in blu-ray.
