what rms per channel is needed to drive the rti 10 speakers and is the cambridge azur 640A ver 2 capable please advise

Welcome to the forum; you can drive the RTi10's with that integrated, but you won't get them to sing like they should; 200WPC would be a good recommendation.

cant say about the Cambridge.

Polk recommends between 20 up to 300 watts for the RTi10's, look for something that is high current, this is indicated as the amperage rating, the higher the better.
