I'm not a big AQ fan but they do make a very nice interconnect overall and across a large range of price brackets. I like the new style termination they're using in lieu of the ones from the past Diamondback era.

    Enjoy Beardog!

    Thanks bro..!

I must say...if your in the market for a sub cable, check out Audio Advisor`s sale on the AQ Black Thunder...very nice indeed !
They will make to your specs (length)...good price also

I`m saving for some MIT`s, but until then AQ is decent quality at affordable prices

    Bear --

what type of cables are you replacing?

BTW -- after using the AQ's, you might reconsider the MITs.
HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50” LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

AQ is definetly the best bang for buck premium cable on the market. AA has great deals on them all the time.

I`m replacing AQ type 4`s for the speaks, and I have been using Diamondbacks for the sub..

Both of which may be up on the block soon..

So far, MIT is the only I/C that blew my socks off..
I have Diamondbacks, and King Cobras that will eventually be replaced with MIT.
I have MIT shotgun S1, S3 I/C`s on this rig

Got up this morning feeling like it was Christmas already..!

The cables still need some time to break in/aclimate, but what a difference !

I know there are those that don`t believe, but I am a believer.....cables/I-C`s make a huge difference

The clock and power supply on the Jolida are next....
Because the Cary came with the tubes that were probably best for her, I will wait for the tube rolling adventure for a while longer...

Meerry F`n Christmas too meeeee !!!!!!

    Merry Christmas Bear...

I love cables. Such a fun part of this hobby. Too bad so many people don't seem to get that....
I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I have found that cables/I-C`s have been a big part of my systems synergy

I started out with Munster cable, and have learned so much since that time...
Thanks to the great guy`s on this forum, and keeping an open mind (and wallet), I have acheived a great sounding tube rig

I think these cables are a great buy, and are a big step up from where I was..
Not to take away from the type 4`s, they are a step up from your standard munster type cable, and a great value also....

The Bedrocks are much bigger (thicker) than I thought they would be..!

I've been considering AQ for sometime but holding off on cables and I-C's until i add a tubed pre. Good prices and as you said bear, a good step until the MIT's arrive.

I knew you'd like the bedrocks. Something about solid copper conductors that make the grain disappear.

    Enjoy brother
