Just call Polk CS, and they will take care of you;)Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.

The Polk pages seem to be broken, but Google Cache has the ones I've looked for captured.
From the still working service and parts links on Polk's site, for specific model speaker, the SDA link results in a page with the following title, but broken content:
http://clubpolk.polkaudio.com/service/models/modelpartslist.php3?model=sda
If I search for that title in Google, I get a resulting link that will put me back to the broken page, but at the bottom of the link for the search result is "Cached" clicking on that will bring you to Google's stored copy of the page. I've linked it here:
Google Cache:
http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:FZfa0Qc0uYMJ:clubpolk.polkaudio.com/service/models/modelpartslist.php3%3Fmodel%3Dsda+http://clubpolk.polkaudio.com/service/models/modelpartslist.php3%3Fmodel%3Dsda&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
The same can be done for other broken links. The broken link for the drivers is:
http://clubpolk.polkaudio.com/service/parts/partslist.php3?item=drivers
a search for that in Google brings you a link (still broken) and a cached link below:
http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:VPACMce-HqgJ:clubpolk.polkaudio.com/service/parts/partslist.php3%3Fitem%3Ddrivers+http://clubpolk.polkaudio.com/service/parts/partslist.php3%3Fitem%3Ddrivers&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=us
