Picked it up about a month ago and I really enjoy it, quite different that older stuff but still very much the Who.
Just surprised nobody seemed to talk about it here.

I heard one song that was pretty god-awful. Don't know how representative it was of the album as a whole.If you will it, dude, it is no dream.

The Who ceased to exist when Keith Moon died. Roger and Pete are still out making money, for which I don't spite them, but they're not the Who.
Folks at AA seem to like the new album, but there are dissenting opinions. I haven't heard a note of it.
BTW, I would consider myself a Pete Townshend fan, too. I just don't know why he keeps resurrecting the Who moniker. Let it be, Pete, let it be. -
The couple of tunes I've heard have not been very good, I've never been much of a Who fan though. Classic tunes from them are still enjoyable...Rockin' In My House
