I believe so. To get this awesome ring radiating tweeter you can buy +/-$35,000 speakers (whose brand name I will not mention) that use them, or you can get Polk LSi Series speakers, coming soon.
I'd love to do that in an ad, but you know...

A manufacturer from Denmark?, called Audio Physic, uses this tweeter in 2 of their speakers...the Tempo III and Avanti III
