Terry Cain designer of the fabled Cain and Cain speakers for the SET audio community
From 6moons Website (They have been running an auction to cover Terry's expected massive medical bills).
Terry Cain passed away in his sleep just before midnight, December 10.
Respiratory complications from quickly deteriorating amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's disease in conjuction with Lyme had Terry Cain go to that other place we're all headed for. God speed, Terry! This ends our pledge drive for his medical fund. We were too late and he wouldn't allow us to help him sooner. The practical truth of the matter now is, Terry's widow Leslie must deal with life without her husband who was the primary bread winner and settle a number of practical matters.
All equipment donors below have already been notified to ascertain who wants to keep their equipment on the list to benefit Leslie in attending to whatever financial obligations Terry's death and medical complications leave on her hands. Those who chose to have their donation pulled because the primary beneficiary has changed will instruct me accordingly and the list will be updated as quickly as possible. Until Terry's family instructs us as to their wishes, we'll leave the original information below untouched.
