Problems with flush mounting HDLP TV?

Hey folks,
Doing the "dream work" on a new log home I'm building and I'd like to get some advice on the pros/cons of flush mounting a HDLP inside a stud wall. If I enclose the TV with a box configuration, do I need to vent for heat build up or would it not be necessary?
Also, what to do with the "center" speaker for surround sound...cut a another hole just above the TV, or leave on top of TV and cut around it? I want everything to be flush with the wall....speakers and all.
Thanks for the help,
Rick

You aren't sealing it are you? If you have a gap all the way around it, you should have no problem. There will be some space in the cavity. IMHO you need to make it easy to bring out anyway, for service and upgrade, etc.
