Great Customer Service; Flat Earth Audio

This company is out of Conneticut (sp?). They don't know me from Adam. I went on the SME website (UK) to try to get a fresh set of setup, specifications and user instruction manuals for my SME V tonearm in anticipation of a Dynavector cartridge and was directed to Flat Earth Audio.
I contacted them by email. . . within an hour, I received a reply with more information than what I had asked for. In less than a day everything I requested was enroute.
There is a high end store not far from here who wouldn't give me the time of day.
Flat Earth Audio had nothing to gain by helping me. They just have great customer service.
Kudooooooooossssssss Flat Earth Audio.
