Just placed an order so I can have HD-DVD both in my HT and family room, I currently have A1. I was going to wait but at that price just couldn't pass up. 3 free movies with a mail-in form. This is the more expensive model that was selling for close to a $1k.

Just ordered my second one. Came pretty close to ordering from Vanns or 6th Ave last night for $70 more. 6th Ave showed 47 in stock on Ebay new in box.

The XA2 should have HDMI 1.3 and direct 1080P output, neither of which is essential to me as my display only displays at 1080P anyway, taking the 1080i from the XA1 and deinterlacing by itself.
