I've got a 5.1 RM6000 set that's been sitting around for a year since I replaced it with a SurroundBar. It was used for 5.1 surround on the kids video game rig. Specs can be found HERE
It actually doesn't sound bad. I had it hooked up to an entry level Denon, and it worked pretty damn well.
The set is complete. I think I picked it up at CC open box. The set looks pretty good. It has a few small marks (couple of nicks and light scratches), but nothing is torn, ripped or mashed. Everything is 100% functional, guaranteed.
No original box, or manual. But you can get the PDF off the site RIGHT HERE. They'll be packed survive a head on with a semi.
I got an Omni Mount set for them, too. It's been opened, but never used, in it's box with the instructions. I'm going to throw that in with them, in case you wanna go that route.
They worked great for what they are. If you wanna set yourself up with a decent 'puter rig, or maybe get the kid's games off you big TV and out of the room, this is the ticket. Maybe give it to the college bound kid for their dorm room. Might even set it up right around your bed for you and the Mrs. to get the most from those "educational" movies;)
I'm thinking $100, shipping is you. I haven't packed it, but I'll let you know what it comes out to be beforehand, and you can decide from there.

I've got a denon 1802. It needs service, because it lost it's center channel. I have it boxed up, but haven't gotten around to sending it in.
-
If no one has dibs on these, I will take them.
I'd also be interested in the 1802?
PM sent. So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

How does the sound quality of the surround bar compare to these? (ignoring the spacial aspect and just the sound quality) What sub are you running with your surround bar.
A buddy of mine is thinking of purchasing one and just wanted to know what to expect...

You're in line behind me, for the moment.:)
Antnee is checking on something else first. Will let you knmow really soon."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

Harry, give me a little time to check something. Noel expressed interest firts via here and a phone call, so I have to see to that first. You are next in line.
Micheal,
The Surroudbar is a different animal. As far as pure quality, I'd give it to the Surroundbar. It doesn't give you the same surround aspect as true 5 speaker surround, but it wasn't designed to. It does do good for what I use it for. I am using a PSW10 for the sub. Pretty good integration, as long as you set it up correctly.

Monday I'll call Denon to get a guesstimate on the repairs. Or they may make me send it in, which isn't too bad as the repair facility is here in Joisey.
I'll let you know what they say. -
I've talked to Antnee and I'm sad to say that I'm having to head another direction at this time, so polrbehr, they are yours to have, seeing that I can't leave a fellow Polkie SPEAKERLESS.;)"SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

Thanks, though.:)

I like it. It pulls duty for the kid's video game set up and works like a charm.
-
Harry,
You should be getting it tomorrow, it ships out today. -
Thanks again, Anthony. So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Thank you, Anthony!
They arrived today, as promised, packed to the walls. If the box did get hit by a semi, I would never know it.
In a short test I did before re-packing them, they sounded every bit as good as I thought they would. I'm sure they will be enjoyed.
Major kudos to you, Anthony. PM sent to shack. So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?

Excellent. I hope she enjoys them.
