A buddy of mine who's also just getting into audio. He admittedly has never heard a decent system before.

Lets just say he'll never tap on aquarium glass again. (Nemo/Darla)

It was absolutely hysterical to see his reaction to that glass tap scene. Thank you SVS.

I had a buddy over today who just bought a big TV and a Yammy 2500 and is asking me about speakers and I gave him a Darla Tap demo and the look on his face was of amazement. I can't imagine what 4 times as much sub as I have sounds like at your house.
I like speakers that are bigger than a small refrigerator but smaller than a big refrigerator:D

I was calibrating my system this afternoon to integrate my new sub interconnect and I had my wife come down for the Darla Tap demo. Unfortunately she was not as impressed as I.

After the demo we went back upstairs and there was a beeping noise. After eliminating the smoke detector, oven pre-heat indicator we saw that our alarm system was indicating no AC power. I went down to the alarm panel on the opposite side of the basement and the power supply had vibrated out of the receptacle. Again, my wife was not impressed.

The problem I seem to have when doing a demo like that is I always find myself having to re-adjust my vertical alignment on my projector, and thats with it being LOCKED into place. And just like MillerLiteScott, my wife does not find any humor in it either when I have to adjust all the nik-naks and the other end of the house.
