SDA SRS...speaker wire recommendation

I have been upgrading my stereo for the past year and the only remaining component to change is speaker wires. I still have the old Monster Cable wires going to my SDA SRS'. I have upgraded to class A/B 800wt amps, and a cd transport/dac setup. I have some MIT cables and some straightwire cables. I am looking for a best bang for the buck speaker cable. I don't need over 6 feet (although it seems about all of them are about 12..no big deal) and I am not bi-wiring. I just need two really good speaker cables. I am prepared to spend up to $300 (would spend more but would like to spend less). Any recommendations from you dOOds?
