Cheap HU and speakers

Well, I've decided I'm going to sell my Jeep (and if not by the beginning of the year like I anticipate, I will at some point!), and I'm not about to let all my audio equipment go with it. And since I didn't keep the factory radio, I don't have anything to put in it.
What I'm looking for is a cheap HU. I don't need any bells or whistles, but I would like it to be 'decent' for the next owner of the Jeep. Why? I'm not sure.
I'm also looking for some cheap front speakers. Single driver, coaxial (as long as the crossover doesn't have to be mounted separately), it doesn't matter. Just something that'll make music.
I don't care about brands; anything will do, I guess. I'm looking for hopefully less than $50 for the lot. I don't know how reasonable that is, but the cheaper the better.
Lemme know what you got!
Thanks!

Are you taking them out of the 'Stang?? I'll want something nicer than what I currently have to put in the Jetta.George Grand wrote: »

You'd be surprised, audiobliss... I bought a damn near brand new Chrysler factory head unit off of these here forums when I went to trade my van in. I don't remember what member sold it to me, but it was like new and dropped in just perfectly. The speakers I left in it, but they were cheap to begin with.
When I traded in my truck, I did the opposite. I pulled the speakers, and left the HU there. Wish I woulda pulled the HU, too.Ludicrous gibs! -
ND13 - Are you actually interested in selling your MMC6500's? If so, I may be interested in buying them in a few months.George Grand wrote: »

They were never installed in the Stang. They were only used for a few months in that 95 Chevy PU I had for a while.
I'll sell them and they come with everything that came with them."SOME PEOPLE CALL ME MAURICE,

If you're not needing to sell them now, and if I sell the Jeep, and if my parents let me spend more money on audio...I'd be very interested in buying them in, say 4 - 5 months?
Is that enough stipulations for you?George Grand wrote: »

If anyone has a cheap HU and/or set of speakers laying around, I'm still in the market. I can probably get a cheap pair of no-name speakers at wallyworld, but the cheapest HU's I've seen are from $60 - $70. I really don't wanna hafta spend that much money if I don't have to.George Grand wrote: »
